Accident mass casualty incident with entrapment, Butler township, Pennsylvania
This is a two vehicle head on crash with 4 patients trapped and flown via medivac.
Conditions of the Patients are not known at this time but 2 are listed in serious condition.

At approximately 5:40PM we were dispatched to a 2 vehicle MVA with entrapment on route 901 in Barry Township. Upon arrival, Chief and Assistant Chief 4-2 confirmed entrapment and our crew went to work on patient extraction. Gordon’s 46-10 arrived shortly after and went to work with their hydraulic extraction equipment. Also assisting was Ashland’s Rescue and EMS, Minersville Rescue and EMS, Fountain Springs’ Engine for the 4 helicopter landing zone, and Mount Carmel Township for Fire Police. As of 9:00PM, we are still on location assisting PSP.
