Monkey drinking water just like humans from water bottles in South India
A cave temple is located in Thiruparamkundram area of Madurai district in Tamilnadu. The temple is located near a hilly area where in monkeys live in large numbers.
Monkeys from the hills come to the temple premises as devotees will be offering some food to the monkeys. A thirsty monkey found a water bottle placed in front of the scooter. It managed to open the cover and drink water from the bottle just like humans. The devotees were awestruck seeing the intelligence of the monkey
