CCTV footage capture moment of car drifting after avoiding hitting a crossing stray dog in Indonesia
Indonesian minibus driver had an accident after avoiding a dog crossing the road.
CCTV footage in Bukittinggi, West Sumatra province, shows the accident occurred at 10.12 Sunday (25/7).
The minibus was seen drifting to the right side of the road, then slid as far as 30 meters.
The driver said he lost control while avoiding a stray dog that suddenly crossed the road.
"I swerved to the right avoiding the dog. Because the road turned left and the tires hit the side of the pavement so I immediately swerved to the left, but it overturned," said the unnamed driver.
The driver along with his wife and child who were in the car were taken to the hospital with minor injuries.
