Giant wall of sand swallows city in northwestern China
A giant wall of sand approached and engulfed a city in northwestern China.
The video was filmed in Guazhou County in Gansu Province on July 25.
The speed of the wind reached between 31 and 38mph and the visibility was less than 50 metres.
The local meteorological observatory issued a yellow warning signal (the weakest) for the sandstorm.
