A security camera in Atlanta in the USA has captured the bizarre moment a man almost set himself on fire.

The incident took place on a property managed by Rudolph Vincent on June 23.

"I caught this man almost setting himself on fire," said Vincent.

"I hope he had a good rest of the day and that he never comes back! I don't even know how he got the thing to burn in the first place," he added.
