A video capturing a thrilling battle of cobra and mongoose went viral in central India's Madhya Pradesh on July 27.

The incident took place in a household of Chhirkheda village of Ashoknagar district.

The frightening visual features a mongoose attempting to agitate a motionless cobra by using utensils as a barrier. Following this, the snake hide behind a mug, and both attack each other with their mouth.

The duo moves in circles and battles.

Later, the mongoose fights back, killing the serpent and dragging it away before fleeing.

However, snake and mongoose fights are prevalent in history, and one such battle became viral online for spectators to see. This fierce conflict ends after the death of a serpent.
