It is very hard for these villagers to access safe drinking water, as they live near the beach.

These containers will help them cope with the shortage for around a week.

As seen on Friday, July 30, 2021, a number of police personnel are distributing clean water to residents. Every resident's water container is filled with clean water brought directly from the city of Maros. This clean water assistance can be used up to one week ahead.

Residents in this hamlet are very difficult to get clean water because the location of the hamlet is near the beach. So that the water in their hamlet is only salt water and cannot be used as a source of drinking water. (*)
