Footage filmed on July 31 shows sections of the Marble Arch Mound, a two-million-pound project funded by Westminster Council.

The tourist attraction closed to the public after two days from its opening. Westminster Council claimed that parts of it were "not yet ready for visitors" and that is due to reopen on August 9.

The 25-meter-tall hill was built to encourage visitors back to Oxford Street. However, the press has often compared it to a slag heap.
