A cold front with low temperatures forces the authorities to provide shelter and food places in some points of São Paulo, in the Sé region, where many homeless people are concentrated. The authorities together with agents from the city hall and civil defense, Guard Metropolitana Civil distribute food and blankets to minimize the suffering of these people, some are taken to shelters.

Interview:
"My name is Edson, I'm here at Praça da Sé seeing the moment the pandemic crisis that ended up happening to the homeless, it's very absurd here in the line it's ten to pick up and fifteen doesn't pay. What happens today is the government doesn't do what should be done, and who is doing it is the solidarity of São Paulo solving the situation of homeless people. Today the Government is asking for a vote and what it is doing for the people, nothing, nothing! I do not see anything! It's confusion here and people dying of hunger and cold and going through a situation of crisis at work in general, Brazil was supposed to be in first place in the world and today it isn't. Is it currently awarded abroad in countries like the USA and Japan and here in Brazil? Why doesn't it solve the situation of homeless people? Building CDHU and buildings and putting everyone inside and not just asking for votes, only votes from the population and none of that happening and leaving us behind, that's what I have to say! Many thanks to everyone and let's look at the government lords people. Message to the president: Look, Mr. Bolsonaro, let's do something for us, you see!"
