Acting on a tip-off about the presence of hand grenades in Compound 508 of forest range, the forest department, along with Shahgarh police station in-charge, rushed to the Amarmau forest of Shahgarh forest range. Following this, the bomb disposal squad of Sagar reached Shahgarh, including the team in-charge Vinay Tiwari, Technician Manoj Vishwakarma, Pankaj Sharma, and driver Yashwant Dharu recovered 31 hand grenades and destroyed them all together in a pit at a secluded place in the forest. Furthermore, it has been alleged that these bombs were used for hunting purposes as this happened before.
