Gurkhas protest at Downing Street, while policeman hugs old comrade at demo
A 'Justice For Gurkhas' protest was held outside Downing Street, home to the UK prime minister, in London on Saturday 7 August.
Gurkhas -- Nepalese soldiers recruited for the British Army -- and their supporters are demonstrating for better pension rights in the UK.
Meanwhile, an armed police officer nearby was filmed hugging an old military comrade at the demonstration.
He is seen to get out of the police van and, after a brief chat with someone, walks over and embraces his friend.
