Security camera footage captured the moment two unleashed dogs launched an attack on a passing pup in Southhaven, Mississippi.

Taylor Johnson, whose camera recorded the incident, said: "My neighbours let their dogs run loose. They have a Belgian shepherd and a German shepherd. The Belgian shepherd, as seen in the video, has attacked multiple dogs including mine (Siberian husky).

"The reason we set up our security system is because of their two dogs attacking mine. They still don't know how to keep them on a leash."

This video was captured on April 9.

Taylor revealed that despite numerous complaints and calling Animal Control on multiple occasions, the dog owners have not had to pay any fines or surrender their pets.
