A man set an ATM on fire and fled in central India's Madhya Pradesh on August 9. The incident took place inside an ATM located in Bistan road in Khargone.

CCTV footage features a man entering the ATM with a container filled with gasoline. Following this, he pours the fuel all over the machine, closes the lead and lights the fire with a match stick from his pants pockets, then throws it from the door. Later, locals hear the sound and rush to the scene, while the accused appears surprised, as do the other residents.

Furthermore, the fiber upper part of the ATM got burnt due to the fire, but the cash remained safe. Moreover, the franchise company has filed a complaint against the man for the act.
