A Bullet brand motorbike went on its own spooking commuters on the Pune-Nashik highway in Maharashtra on Monday. Coming from the opposite direction, a jeep driver paused to let it pass after which it made a turn and fell down on its own. Pune traffic police said there was nothing  mystical about the incident. The motorbike rider had hit a pedestrian a few moments ago and fallen off the bike following which it continued its journey for almost 300 feet on the highway before falling off. Narayangaon police inspector Prithviraj Tate said the pedestrian Janardhan Datta was injured seriously and had to be shifted to a hospital. Legal action has been initiated, he informed.
