Four Royal Marines commandos embarked on an adventure of a lifetime rowing from the Brooklyn Bridge in New York to the Tower Bridge in London, seeking to raise awareness around plastic pollution in the oceans.

The teams of Royal Marines known as Ocean Revival 2020 began their journey on May 31 and rowed a total of 3,700 miles, before arriving into London on August 11 shortly after 3 p.m.

The journey across the North Atlantic is extremely perilous and has only been completed 57 times prior to this team's attempt and no one had previously rowed from New York to London.
