'With the wildfires running rampant across Turkey, looking out for handicapped animals became very critical.

The filmer, Behiye Nihal Kasa shared footage captured on July 31, 2021, which shows the destruction being done and the forests being burned by the blaze.

Expressing her concern about the animals in the shelter, Behiye wrote: "Evacuating these animals became an overnight emergency with the fire getting too close to the shelter. Many of these animals are blind and unable to take care of themselves."

Fortunately, the filmer and her team were able to get the needed help to move the animals to a safer location. She shared: "The animals were evacuated on July 31 and the timing was just right because the next day, this place burned down."

Name: Behiye Nihal Kasa
