Location: Vedanthangal Village, Chengalpattu District, Tamilnadu.

Kataknath hen is a indigenous variety of Madhya Pradesh State. It is also reared in South India as its chicken has high protein and less cholesterol content. Gowtham Reddy, a landlord in Vedanthangal village, was fond of rearing many varieties of hens. But he knew less that his farm would turn into a battlefield soon.

He already has a large number of Kadaknath hens and roosters. And now he also brought some turkeys to his farm. But this hen was not willing to share its abundant food with her new inmates. Hence it picked a fight with one turkey. It poked the turkey. Immediately the other members of the Turkey clan came in support of the injured turkey. So now the battle got more ferocious. One country hen vs 4-5 Turkeys. The hen was surrounded with a flock of turkeys. But this hen known for its ferocious nature didn't give up. It fought the battle with lots of courage and managed even the air strike. Then the single hen drove all the turkeys and won the battle
