This is the amusing moment a delivery driver in the UK was chased in circles around his car by a playful pet dog.

Footage captured on a doorbell camera in Shrewsbury on April 10 shows the terrified worker running away from the tiny pooch named Marley.

"What I should do?" the delivery man shouts at the dog's owner Catarina Semedo.

"A delivery driver came to drop off food and as my little sister's friend opened the door, my dog Marley ran outside to play with the deliveryman," said Semedo

"It didn't take us long to figure out that he wasn't a dog person! As he kept running around his car, my sister and her friend called Marley to come inside," she added.

"Once the pup went inside the house, the guy threatened to involve the police," Semedo said.

"Neither did he call the police nor did he give us time to apologise for the inconvenience since he left in a rush," she concluded.
