A serviceman proposed to his girlfriend during their emotional reunion at Philadelphia International Airport, US.

Brittney Otano's boyfriend picked her up from the airport after the couple had not seen each other for three weeks.

Alicia Fox explains: "What made this proposal even special was that the lovebirds hadn't seen each other in three weeks due to military duties and a girls' trip."
