This is the moment a trailer came loose and smashed into a parked car.

A pickup truck was passing by a house when the old and rusty trailer being pulled behind became detached in Bangkok, Thailand on August 18.

Unaware that the trailer came loose, the driver continued driving while the out-of-control wagon headed towards the parked vehicles and rammed the back of a white sedan.

No one was reported hurt in the incident but the parked car had dents and light scratches from being hit by the trailer.

The damaged car’s owner Aom Srihathai said: ‘I never thought this would happen. I left the car parked in front of my house and when I checked it had scratches.’

Aom already reported the incident to authorities and are now in contact with the trailer’s owner to discuss compensation for the damages to his car.
