"I am a photographer located in Southern California and this video is a time-lapse I took of the July 4th, 2020 fireworks that were going off all over the city of Los Angeles, CA," the filmer, Phil Sutphin told us. "This is about 265 images taken over a span of 35 minutes, which I compiled into a video sequence."
What makes this video highly fascinating is how the fireworks are saved on the screen instead of fading away. As per Phil Sutphin, this marvelous feat was achieved with an editing trick.
"The editing technique I used helped me stack the images on top of one another. The final frame shows all the fireworks in one final layer, which is truly quite impressive!"
