This woman in Columbus, Ohio, attempted the viral, yet dangerous, milk crate challenge.

The challenge involves someone trying their luck by climbing up and down an unstable pyramid of milk crates.

Filmed by Morgan Ellison, this footage shows the woman reach the top but as she goes to descend down the stack of crates she loses her balance and crashes to the ground.

Ellison said: "This never gets old. I've seen many people fail this challenge but there's always something new about every individual fall. I'm sounding evil, aren't I? Anyhow, who's next?"
