'Insanely cool yet terrifying footage of a colossal lightning bolt striking a metal pole.
"We were driving down Parleys Canyon on our way home from Park City, Utah when this happened," the filmer, Joelle Banford told us. "I somehow turned on my camera as the massive bolt of lightning struck a metal pole. It's probably a once-in-a-lifetime video for me."
One of the filmer's friends, who happened to be in the car with her, described the said trip to be the "craziest ride home ever!"
This wild scene took place on August 21, 2021. As for the clip, it has already been viewed over 1.5K times on Instagram within a week.
