This is the moment a woman took a nasty tumble while attempting the Milk Crate Challenge at the home of a US rapper.

Footage captured on August 22 in Palmetto, Georgia at the home of recording artist "Boosie" shows the woman losing her balance and falling head-first to the ground.

"My sister did the crate challenge at Boosie's house. This is how it went down. At least she tried, lol," said the filmer, Amara Berry.

While the subject succeeds in getting to the top of the shaky pyramid of milk crates, her luck runs out when she begins her descent. And to no one's surprise, she ends up taking an insane fall.
