POLICE ON SCENE: Car runs red light but gets away with it as police pass seconds later without seeing it
A driver in the US got lucky when they ran a red light, not only because they avoided an accident but also because a police car passed without noticing their transgression.
In the incident in Reedley in California, on 5 August a driver recklessly goes through a red light, possibly because they thought they could make it through on amber, only for a police car to drive the other way across the intersection just seconds later.
Incredibly the cops don't notice what's happened and the careless driver gets away with it!
