A Noodle Story_ Affordable Singapore Noodle in Michelin Star Guide for 4 years _ ミシュランガイド _ ラーメン
The Michelin Bib Gourmand category was created in 1997 and granted by MICHELIN’s inspectors to the addresses that offer diners very good value for money, with a complete and high quality menu priced at a maximum of SG$45.
"A noodle Story" store at Amoy Street Hawker Centre have awarded the Michelin Bib Gourmand guide for 4 continuous year. A bowl of noodle cost $8, $11 or $15 for small, medium and large.
We order the medium size as the large size had sold out.
This wanton noodles has a remix between Japanese and Hong Kong . It look very presentable and appealing so we decided to try 1 bowl. However when we went there, there was already a queue and they were sold out on their special so only managed to get the small bowl.
Unfortunately we went there too late and their braised Japanese egg was sold out. We were compensated with 2 potato prawns. The Prawns are wonderful and the pork is cooked so tender and soft it will just melt in your mouth. Soup complimentary it was so on point and make me remember the Japanese Ramen.
Do Come down to Amoy Street Food Centre in Singapore to try out all these amazing food in Singapore and try out not only this Singapore Ramen but other Hawker Centre food dishes.
