2 Michelin Guide Store side by side along the same street in Singapore
In this bonus episode we are here at Newton Food Centre to try out 2 Michelin Guide(MichelinBibGourmand) Stores in the neighbourhood near the Central Business District in Central Singapore. We are going to have some Seafood from Alliance Seafood where we ordered 3 dishes. The other store named Heng is famous for their Carrot Cake and Oyster Omelette.
At the 1st store we tried Sambal Stingray, Chili Crab Clams and Deep Fried Squid. In the other store we tried their White Carrot Cake. All the dishes tastes delicious and flavourful, but I like the carrot cake more as the carrot cake made in house and cook to order.
