Tokyo 1 Michelin Star Chef open a restaurant in Singapore to cook Singapore Chili Crab Ramen

In this episode we will be bringing you to Japan to enjoy some ramen but with a local twist. We will we trying 2 Ramen bowls of which is by the Chef that was awarded a Michelin Star for his restaurant in Tokyo Japan for year 2019.

The chef has decided to open 3 other ramen shop under his name and each selling ramens dedicated to the local with each store focusing on a different flavour and experience. For this store in the north, they have 2 signature bowl that is a must try.

The Singapore Chili Crab Ramen and the Black Spicy Ramen.

The chili crab ramen comes with a bowl of noodles and a snow shell crab with it and to make it better a slice of char siew as well. They added in their own version of the chili crab paste and their own secret ingredients like lemon.

The black spicy ramen comes with a hearty bowl of noodles with 5 slice of slow cooked char siew. The char siew is salty while the broth is slightly spicy with both in your mouth the flavour is totally balances.

We also tried some of the other side dishes like the platter of char siew and japanese egg together with their gyoza. The chili crab ramen is still the star of the store.
