Chinese Minced Meat Noodles Ah Ter- Michelin Guide Singapore Street Food Series
This combination of dry noodles with pork soup is the best I have eaten so far. There are many other types of Minced Meat Noodles, but this store keep it to the original but the flavour of the meat soup is still mind blowing. All the Noodles are coated with their sauce which made every mouth so tasty.
One bowl can go for SGD$4 to SGD$6. We got the biggest bowl as we were quite hungry that day. The portion given were quite justified as the noodles was generous and the soup have so many ingredients. There were prawn, lean meat, pigs liver, fishball and meatball.

Value: 8/10
