A furious bird owner swore at a dog as it chased her pet macaw around a park in Wavell Heights, Australia.

Cathy Taylor is heard launching a range of expletives at the pooch that was frantically running after her pet bird.

She said: "I took my bird out to a sports ground, so it could fly for a while and someone illegally let their dog off the leash to let it chase my bird. The owner of the dog stood there with folded arms enjoying his dog chasing my bird."

The filmer explained that in Australia it's mandatory for all dog owners to keep their pets on a leash in public unless allowed otherwise.
