All eyes are on the rivers, creeks and streams in the Delaware Valley after the remnants of Ida barreled through Wednesday bringing torrential downpours for hours. In Philadelphia, flooding on the Schuylkill River is causing major problems. It has closed the Vine Street Expressway. Crews have also shut down the westbound lanes of the Schuylkill Expressway at Belmont Avenue and are in the process of closing the eastbound lanes at Conshohocken.

The video shows a drone footage taken in the Manayunk neighborhood of Philadelphia on the morning of September 2nd 2021 following Tropical Storm Ida.
