Two bikers sprung back to their feet just moments after they were involved in a high-speed collision in Bantwal, Karnataka.

Footage recorded on August 28 shows a car smashing into the bikers who were attempting to make a turning.

The bike was flung around 20 feet down the road but the motorcyclist and their passenger both escaped serious injuries.

Krishna Maiyya and Suryanarayana Maiyya were both taken to hospital and discharged with minor injuries.

Two bikers get back on feet a second after devastating accident

Two men on a bike were trying to cross a road when they were hit by a car driven at full speed. Under the ferocious impact of the accident, the bike was flung for a distance of twenty feet. The two men crashed to the ground and their helmets came off. But miraculously they were only slightly injured and were back on their feet quickly.  The august 28 incident is from Bhandraribettu village in Bantwal town in the state of Karnataka. Bantwal police said the two bikers, Krishna Maiyya and  Suryanarayana Maiyya, were taken to a hospital and discharged after treatment for small injuries.  A case has been filed at Bantwal Traffic Police Station.
