Japan: Mt. Fuji’s First Snowcap Of The Season Comes 25 Days Earlier Than Usual
Mount Fuji's first snowcap of the season was observed Tuesday morning, September 7.
The snowcap of the mountain was observed in early September for the first time since 2008. The observation came 25 days earlier than usual and 21 days earlier than last year.
