A man in Oxford, Mississippi, was left pleasantly surprised after a stuck delivery robot thanked him for helping it out.

This video, filmed by Josh Belknap, shows the filmer encountering an autonomous delivery robot that had somehow gone slightly off the rails.

The filmer then proceeds to fix things up and get the tiny vehicle on the right path. To his surprise, the robot says, "thank you, have a nice day!" before departing.

Josh told us: "Nothing much going on over here; it's just me helping a delivery robot."

He added: "I didn't know it could do that. That was a cool discovery lol."
