An artist in Jatni, Odisha, has sculpted miniature figures of the Hindu god Ganesha ahead of a traditional festival.

L. Eswar Rao is seen carving the tiny, yet detailed religious figures on September 9 ahead of the Ganesh Chaturthi festival.

Rao uses carbon waste to craft his products that usually take around five days to make.

An artist created miniature idols of Lord Ganesha in eastern India's Odisha on September 9, ahead of the Ganesh Chaturthi festival. The incident took place in Jatni, located in Bhubaneswar.

Visuals feature the man working on his craft with carbon waste to make his miniature piece of art in his house. He dedicates this craft to the upcoming festival and fixes all the minor details with bright paints while focusing his eyes on it, making it perfect and elegant for display purposes. Later, he meticulously designs and details the idol that turns several heads.

The man, identified as L. Eswar Rao, crafted the little model from electronic carbon waste, and turmeric while it took him around five days to make the one-inch-tall idols from turmeric and one-centimeter-tall idols from e-waste.
