CTTV footage captures the moment a young man working inside a shop realises that there is a big snake that is about to drop on his head. He quickly runs outside to escape.

Moments after the 14-year-old young man, named Kapil Verma, escapes, the snake is seen falling on the ground, and crawling rapidly to chase a rat.

As the rodent manages to run away, the snake goes back on the counter and crawls on the cabinets.

According to the shop owner, Verma is his brother-in-law. He claims that the snake was around 6-foot-long and that this was the first time such a large animal had been spotted inside his business.

The clip was filmed in Raisen, in the Indian state of Madhya Pradesh, on September 6.

In a bizzare incident caught on cam a quick thinking boy escaped from a big snake falling over him when he was about to sit on his shop .
The incident which happened in Raisen hoshangabad road on 6th september around 12 noon shows the boy named Kapil Verma ( 14 years) entering shop and was about to sit on the counter , when he heard some sound coming from a cealing .
He realised there is something , and without wasting a single minute he ran out of the shop . Moments after he left the space a big snake and raf fell there .
According to shop owner the boy is his brother in law who was there at the time of incident . He adds The big snake was around 6 feet long and was like hunting the rat . Though the rat also escaped and saved its life the snake again went on the counter and crawl on the cabinets .
According to shop owner this is the firat time we saw a snake here , the snake left the premises after some time .
