'If there's one thing this adorable pony can't compromise on, it has to be its well-being.

Filmed by Danielle Mortey, this video features a cute pony playing with a yoga ball.

Danielle wrote: "Well, it looks like Yoga is not only popular with humans now that ponies have started getting used to it as well. And why wouldn't they? After all, Yoga has survived for thousands of years and is still picking up momentum."

"For those of you unaware, Yoga is the only system that has lived for over 15,000 years and continues to thrive. So, it only makes sense for animals to take advantage of this system and preserve their well-being, just like this pony is trying to do in this video."
