Swim: An out-and-back along the shore of Noyac Bay. Water temperature is typically in the high 60’s.
Bike: A technically challenging bike course with a few rolling hills takes you through the beautiful woodland and farm roads of Sag Harbor.
Run: Fast, flat 10K through the quiet scenic streets of North Haven. There is a water stop every 1.5 miles.
Aquabike: Racers complete the swimming and cycling portions of the race. After finishing the bike course, just rack the bike and trot across the finish line for your finish time.
