A digger transported residents through the deep floodwater due to heavy rain brought by the tropical storm Conson in Vietnam.

Video filmed in Quang Namm Province on September 12 shows a digger transporting a motorcyclist and his vehicle in the bucket through the deep floodwater.

After around an hour, the digger transported all people out of the deep floods.

According to reports, the tropical storm Conson made a landfall which brought heavy rain and strong winds to the central region of Vietnam.

Two people were killed and dozens were injured. Hundreds of houses have their roofs blown off and thousands of hectares of crop fields were submerged by the floods.

According to local people, the typhoon made landfall causing heavy rain and flooding. Their area was fragmented and could not be moved. To get out of the danger zone they had to climb the buckets of excavators to cross the floodwaters.
After more than 1 hour, the driver transported all the people out of the danger zone.
