Wind-Powered Public Art Kinetic Sculptures at the Outer Harbor on Lake Erie
These are kinetic sculptures at a public park on Lake Erie in Buffalo, New York. They are located on top of a small hill near the water. There is a walking path throughout the park that wraps around this hill and leads right to the top. It is a very windy area so these are almost always in motion. The sculptures are several meters tall and can't be reached by most people when standing.
