Making a splash: Michigan man uses genius hack to take incredible photos
The process certainly looks funky, but the result is mind-blowing.
Amthel Al-Dayni shares a hack for creating professional splash photography in his Grand Rapids, Michigan studio.
Al-Dayni, an Iraqi immigrant, uses his creativity and cleverness to overcome a lack of having an assistant by dropping items into a water tank and then taking incredible photos as the object hits the water.
"I just wanted to do something really fun for Labor Day, but we work so hard all year and it can be really hard to keep a positive mindset if you aren’t enjoying what you do. I did this reel just to show you that have fun.. enjoy the process. If you don’t … what’s the point doing it?" Al-Dayni tells Newsflare.
He also added that this was one of the most challenging reels he had made to date, when he created this footage on June 16.
