Convinced that dialogue will provide “clues” to understanding the historic moment Colombia is facing, former President Juan Manuel Santos and Ingrid Betancourt, former presidential candidate, former senator and founder of the country's first generation of the Green Party, gathered in Madrid, to launch the book "A pending coversation", created in the face of global isolation in 2020.
