'Thousands of US flags planted in Forest Park to pay tribute to 9/11 heroes (drone footage)'
'On the 20th anniversary of 9/11, Flags of Valor, a veteran-owned, veteran-operated, and veteran-made company, paid a graceful tribute to the brave men and women who lost their lives on the tragic day, along with the Armed Forces personnel who sacrificed their lives soon after.
This spectacular drone footage, filmed by Brett Bartrum, perfectly captures the tribute in question, which saw around 7,600 American flags being displayed on Art Hill in St. Louis' Forest Park throughout September 11, 2021.
"Every serviceman and woman who has died in the War on Terror since September 11, 2001, was remembered with an individual flag planted on Art Hill," Brett wrote. "Each flag was displayed chronologically and marked by a photograph and dog tag of the hero."
