A moped rider is cruising in the streets of Taiwan when suddenly a shopping cart appears to have been pushed out into the road in the way of the filmer by a homeless person. Unsure of if this was done by malicious intent or by accident the moped rider awkwardly hesitates and waits for the person remove the cart from in middle of the road.
