Ten trans entrepreneurs in southern India's Madurai run the Trans Kitchen, where they constitute all employees and run the entire business.

In this brave footage from September 18, the all-natural restaurant is seen serving their loyal and regular customers.

Location : Goripayalam Madurai district of Tamilnadu State in South India.

Trans kitchen a restaurant was started by trans women and trans men of Madurai. Here the entire resturant was run only by them. Right from cooking serving and maintenance of funds have been done only by them.

Ten trans people are running this restaurant. No artificial flavours are added to foods here.

Hot water and Rasam (a kind of soup drunk by patients for easy digestion.) are given to patients for free and milk for babies are also given for free in this restaurant.

The trans people also serve the community despite of all the hardships faced by them in opening a restaurant. People living around this area are appreciating their efforts and they come as regular customers to this restaurant
