The security forces made a timely recovery of 6 kg (13 lbs) of Improvised Explosive Devices (IEDs) from northern India's Jammu and Kashmir on September 21. The incident took place in the Humhama region of the Budgam district.

Visuals feature the officials discovering the IEDs. They detect it and then round up the explosives under an isolated tree adjacent to an empty street. Following this, the experts attempt to defuse the IEDs and blow them up. Later, an explosion ensues in the area, with clouds of smoke engulfing the entire scene.

A joint team associated with the Jammu and Kashmir Police and the Central Reserve Police Force (CRPF) recovered the explosives planted in a steel container in the airport region. Following this, the bomb disposal squad defused the IEDs, and the authorities registered a case under relevant sections of the Indian Penal Code (IPC).
