Our filmer is riding a moped and is cruising along the road, but as he comes around the bend there is a car parked on it and as he goes to pass that car, the driver just opens the car door as if they were trying to exit the car. Luckily the drivers instinct kicked in and he swerved out of the way in just a fraction of a second, but this driver needs to be more cautious and should definitely check for oncoming vehicles before trying to exit his car. This seriously could've ended up a lot worse.
