The Makassar Polrestabes has converted a mobile driving license (SIM) car into a Covid-19 vaccination room. In the car there is also a special room for Muslim women who wear the hijab.

Operation of the car will begin on Wednesday, September 22, 2021, in the morning at the traffic post under the Flyover Bridge, Jalan AP Pettarani, Makassar, South Sulawesi, Indonesia. A number of residents were enthusiastic about getting the Covid-19 vaccine in the car.

One resident named Yanuarita, said, "This vaccine car really helps the community in achieving vaccinations. Regarding the hijab room, it is very important to protect the privacy of women, especially those who wear hijab. It is hoped that the vaccine can be spread evenly with this car and hopefully 100 percent of the people get vaccinated," said Yanuarita.

Meanwhile, the Makassar Police Chief, Commissioner of Police Witnu Urip Laksana said, "One of them is that we create a special hijab room so that every Muslim woman who wants to be vaccinated remains covered. which helps," he said (*).
