Stones that possess the ability to float on the water were being researched and were on display in central India's Madhya Pradesh on September 22. The Museum is located at Dr. Harisingh Gour University in Sagar and the stones include Pumice, Sandstones, and rocks formed from lava among others.

Visuals feature the stones at display in the museum. They are separated and labeled correctly. Geologist, professor R.K Trivedi explains the difference between rocks formed by the solidifying of lava and others. On solidifying, bubbles form on the top of these rocks which trap air between them, causing them to float.

It is asserted that these types of rocks might have been used for the construction of Ram Setu during the mythological era. Though there is no concrete evidence on the nature of those rocks while their characteristics point towards such possibilities.
