ACCIDENT / FAIL: Moped Rider Suddenly Slams Brakes Causing Rear-End Accident (Dashcam Video)
A group of moped riders were cruising together down Ningbo west street in the Zhongzheng district when one of the riders suddenly slammed his brakes on. As these moped riders are all riding closely together it resulted in another group member rear-ending him at around 30 km/h, sending the pair to the ground together.
